Registration Requirements

What is Needed to Register your Child

*** Registrations are by appointment only. Please call 609-927-4141 Ext #1103 to Make an appointment. 

1. If you own the home, you need to bring with you on the day of your appointment: A Deed/Mortgage or Tax bill, Current Utility Bill, and  Photo ID of the Parent/guardian 

2. If you rent the home you need to bring with you: Current Lease 2 Current Utility Bills Photo ID of the parent/Guardian 

3. If you live with another family (affidavit) The Home owner needs to provide the proper proof of residence from the homeowner list above*. *Needs to be completed & notarized with the parent/legal guardian & home owner. 

Additional information needed to be brought for each student registering: Birth Certificate, Immunization Record, and Transfer card/ Report card if coming from another school district. Only the Legal Parent/Guardian can register students in the school district. Bring Custody Papers (If you are not the Legal Parents) Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by October 1st of the school year registering for.
