is completed ONLINE from your home.
All required documents must be submitted
for a student to be enrolled.
ONLY a Parent or Legal Guardian can register students.
Preschool Lottery Registration will close on 4/1/2026. All registrations completed after 4/1/2026 will be placed on a Waitlist

Pursuant to (N.J.A.C. 8:57-4) Flu shots ARE REQUIRED for all PreK students by December 31 of current school year
Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten child must be 5 years of age on or before October 1st of current school year

1. Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Records
3. Universal Health Record (PreK & Kindergarten students ONLY)
4. Custody Document (if applicable)
5. Student Transfer Card (if child attended a NJ school previously)
6. Authorization to Release Records (if child attended ANY public school previously)
7. Parent Photo ID
PARENTS
If you OWN your home:
1. RECENT mortgage statement, property tax bill, OR Deed (must be dated within 30 days of application)
2. Two (2) RECENT utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, solar, oil, propane) - must be dated within 30 days of application
3. Mobile home: Residency Letter from Mobile Home Mgmt. Office (listing ALL permitted occupants of mobile home)
If you RENT your home:
1. Signed & dated Lease
2. Two (2) RECENT utility bills (electric, gas, water, sewer, solar, oil, propane) - must be dated within 30 days of application
If you LIVE with FAMILY/FRIENDS:
1. Affidavit pages 1 and 2 (page 2 must be NOTARIZED) - form can be found above
2. Homeowner must submit all items listed under “If you OWN your home" above
3. Homeowner's Photo ID
4. Parent must submit two (2) RECENT items of US Mail at the FAMILY/FRIENDS' address (must be dated within 30 days of application) OR two (2) changes of address

STEP 1: Applicants must have all required documents and information and submit a complete application.
STEP 2: You will receive email notification when your application has been reviewed and processed.
STEP 3: If you registered a High School student and received an email notification, you must contact the high school guidance department to pick classes and complete their enrollment - 609-653-0100 x.1621.
RESIDENCY FRAUD:
It is the intent of the Egg Harbor Township (EHT) School District to prosecute, to the fullest extent of the law, any individuals who furnish
false information in the registration application for the purpose of enrolling non-resident student(s). If the student(s) registered is/are
found to be a non-resident, the individual registering said student(s) will be financially responsible for all tuition costs. Incurring such a
liability translates to an approximate per pupil cost to the perpetrator of $20,000.00 or a prorated amount, $1,000 fine and up
to 6 months incarceration..

do NOT complete an online application.
