IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PreK Registration

Questions regarding our Pre-K Program should be directed to: 609-732-8173 x.104

  • PreK-3 child must be 3 years of age on or before 10/1/2024

  • PreK-4 child must be 4 years of age on or before 10/1/2024

  • Universal Child Health Record MUST be completed/signed by child’s health care provider

  • Flu shots ARE REQUIRED for all students ages 6-59 months by December 31

Kindergarten Registration

  • Kindergarten child must be 5 years of age on or before 10/1/2024

  • Universal Child Health Record MUST be completed/signed by child’s health care provider

  • Flu shots ARE REQUIRED for all students ages 6-59 months by December 31

If you are the HOMEOWNER:
1. CURRENT Mortgage, Property Tax bill, OR Deed
2. Two (2) CURRENT Utility Bills (Elec, Gas, Water, Sewer, Solar)
3. Photo ID

If you are the TENANT:
1. Signed & dated Lease
2. Two (2) CURRENT Utility bills (Elec, Gas, Water, Sewer, Solar)
3. Photo ID

If you LIVE with FAMILY/FRIENDS:
1. Affidavit of Homeowner – NOTARIZED (Under Forms)
2. All items under “HOMEOWNER"
3. Affidavit of Parent – NOTARIZED (Under Forms)
4. Parent’s CURRENT bill from the USPS
5. Parent’s Photo ID


RESIDENCY FRAUD:

Pursuant to N.J.S.A.18A:38-1C, any person who fraudulently allows a child of another person to use his or her residence and is not the primary financial support of that child and any person who fraudulently claims to have given up custody of his or her child to a person in another district, commits a disorderly person offenseA conviction for a disorderly persons offense can result in a fine of up to $1,000 and up to six months in jail. In some cases, a judge can suspend or revoke driving privileges for up to two years even if the crime was not traffic or driving-related. Restitution to the district of up to $20,000 or a prorated amount.


STEP 1Applicants must have all the required documents and information in order to complete and submit an application.
ONLY a Parent or Legal Guardian can register students.
If you currently have a student in the EHT School District and are registering a NEW student, use the Parent Portal to enroll the new student (if you do not know your Parent Portal account, please contact: [email protected]).
A Student Transfer Card/Withdraw Form is required from the previous school district that your student(s) attended.

STEP 2:
You will receive an email notification when your application has been reviewed and processed.

STEP 3
If you registered a High School student and received an email notification, you must contact the high school guidance department at: 609-653-0100 x.1620 to pick their classes and complete their enrollment.
