ROAD FORWARD SURVEY LETTER

You must complete a survey for each child in your home. Please designate only 1 parent/guardian to complete the surveys. The survey will be open by end of day Wednesday February 24, 2021 through Sunday February 28, 2021.  The following are steps on how to complete the survey. 

STEP 1 - Log into Parent Portal




STEP 2 - Upon login, you will see a Survey tab with the number of new survey's awaiting your completion.  You will see a survey for each of your children. Click on the first survey you would like to complete.



STEP 3 - When you have answered all survey questions for that child, click complete. Then click on any other children/students you may have and complete their survey.



NOTE - If you have already completed the survey, you will see this message notifying you that "You have already taken this survey". If you made a mistake and need to change your response, please contact your child's school.
