KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION (23-24 SCHOOL YEAR)

IS NOW OPEN!!


*If your child is an existing Pre-K or Kindergarten student, please DO NOT complete a new application.  Your child is automatically enrolled for the next school year and grade level for 2023-2024 school year. 

*If you currently have a student in district and are registering  NEW student, you must use the parent portal to enroll a new student.  If you do not know your parent portal account, please contact [email protected]

EHT Students Please Register online 

Non-Public, Choice, Charter, Choice or ACIT Students
***If your child attends a non-public, charter/choice, or ACIT school, please DO NOT complete an online application. Please click HERE if this applies to you.

ONLINE APPLICANTS MUST HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT APPLICATION!
- If your child went to a prior school, we must have prior school information, completed transfer withdrawal form, and completed records request form completed by the legal parent or guardian.

23-24 YEARLY RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN
Proof of residence must be provided each year for ACIT, Affidavit, Charter, Choice, and Non-Public Students.

Pre-K Registration

  • K-3 Child must be 3 years of age on or before 10/1/2023.
  • K-4 Child must be 4 years of age on or before 10/1/2023.
  • A Universal Child Health Record form MUST be completed by child’s health care provider
  • Flu shots ARE REQUIRED for all pre-school students ages 6-59 months by December 31st

Kindergarten Registration

  • K-5 Child must be 5 years of age on or before 10/1/2023.
  • A Universal Child Health Record form MUST be completed by child’s health care provider
  • See Document list below for required documents

 

K-12 Registration Document List

  • For the Student
    • Immunization (‘Shot’) records
    • Birth Certificate
    • Custody documents, if applicable
  • For the Parent
    • Current Photo ID
    • Proof of Residency = Current utility bill, USPS mail from government, state, etc.
    • If renting – signed lease by all parties
    • If homeowner – copy of mortgage statement OR tax bill
    • If living with family/friends – NOTARIZED Affidavits – See quick links – Affidavit form

 

ONLY a Parent or Legal Guardian can register child or custody papers if not Legal Guardian.
