Hello, my name is Ms. Carole Weidman. As a Consumer Science Teacher, I have taught Child Development in the Egg Harbor Township School District since 1985. My Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science (Home Economics) Education from Ohio State University, with certifications in High School, Elementary and Preschool Education. Recently, I have completed graduate courses at Marygrove College, using the highly proclaimed Canter and Associates video courses.
My teaching schedule this year includes teaching high school students enrolled in Education and Training I, II, and III. In addition to the course work, my students have laboratory experience teaching 12 pre- kindergarten children in our ABC Learning Center. At the completion of Education and Training III, the students can apply for four college credits from Atlantic Cape Community College and well as recieve certification as a Child Care Worker.
