CHEMISTRY (CP) Grades

Credits Pre-requisite: Algebra I or
an (A or B) in Pre-Algebra and currently taking Algebra I & completion of
College Prep Biology/Lab. This
course deals with the principles of the chemical nature of matter. The
student studies the history of chemistry, organization of chemistry, formulas
and equations, chemical reactions, and the states of matter. This course is
designed for college prep students. If a student drops this course, he/she
must take physical science or CP Core Science to be prepared for the High
