Do not save any of your files on the hard drive of your computer (C:) In the event of either a software or hardware failure, the computer may be re-imaged and all data will be lost! Save your documents to your network drive (H:) to protect your investment in your data. Additionally any files that may be on the C: drive of a computer can be viewed by all and as a result are not secure. If for some reason there is a need to temporarily put data on the C: drive of a computer, move it immediately to diskette, CD, or your network drive as you alone are responsible for the handling of your files.
