Funding Goals of the Annual Fund
Land Acquisition: Planning for the future is a major concern. To meet the explosive student population growth needs, the Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, Inc. will use Land Acquisition donations to purchase land that will be used for future educational and recreational facilities for the public school children
Capital Projects: Tax-deductible donations made to the Community Partnership for Egg Harbor Township Schools, Inc. will empower donors to literally build the future. Funds will be used to build new Egg Harbor Township public schools and/or renovate and expand existing academic buildings and grounds
Academic Enhancement: We are committed to supporting new and innovative ways to enhance academic achievement and to provide additional instructional tools needed to help Egg Harbor Township students reach their academic potential and pursue higher education goals
Technology Upgrades: This initiative will supply additional learning areas with networked multimedia computers to maintain or improve the 5:1 student/computer ratio in all schools, add TV's for instructional enhancement, replace laptop computers in areas of the district where there is no computer lab available, and install projector systems in the classrooms
Extra-Curricular Activities: Research shows that children involved in extra-curricular activities, including athletics and the arts, are more likely to graduate from high school, attend college, and develop stronger critical thinking, self discipline, and problem-solving skills
