You have moved within EHT (change of address) Your child will attend kindergarten*
*Must be five years of age on or before
October 1, 2013

Deed, Mortgage or Tax Bill
Current Utility Bill
Driver's License

Only the Legal Parent/Guardian can register students in the school district.

Bring Custody Papers ( If you are not the Legal Parents)

Student must be 5 years of age by:

October 1st, 2013

Children do not need to be present.
